Fairview’s history with Haiti began one Easter morning when Leon DeOrleans was our guest speaker for Sunrise Service.  We began supporting Leon’s work in the mid 1980’s and made our first mission trip to Haiti in 1989.  Today, that meager beginning has expanded to yearly (and sometimes more frequently than that) mission trips and the beginning of Haiti Outreach Ministries.  HOM oversees the direction of 4 churches, 4 schools, and 3 medical clinics.  Fairview sponsors over 40 kids, from age 3 to college.  You can click HERE to learn more about Haiti Outreach Ministries from their website.
